[DOWII] Can't Launch Dawn of War II or DOWII Retribution
WEBMay 7, 2021 — I just followed what that steam thread said. Steam folder - steamapps - common - dawn of war 2. It might depend on the specs of your rig, not sure. The one guy had a 3950x and I have a 4070ti. Check folder and maybe try a restart? If that doesn’t work maybe try redownloading the file. Works for vanilla and chaos rising but not retribution.

WEBJun 11, 2021 — Dawn of War 2 and Chaos Rising follow your jolly old Space Marine boyband, while Retribution has 6 campaigns for all races (albeit they are quite similar). To get the full story, you should go with the release order. Dawn of War 2 -> Chaos Rising -> Retribution. Delete DoW2 or DoW2 Chaos Rising shortcut.

WEBMost units in DoW2 are specialists of some sort. Suppression Teams are area denial units that are basically impossible to assault from the front, but can be flanked to force off or kill. CC Specialists are very good at winning CC Battles, but are usually vulnerable to being focused down by multiple shooting units.
