Sega is still selling this game digitally for 360 and PC and will do so until the license runs its course or gets renewed. Xbox 360 BC isn't performed by the developers.

The 1st two times the game crashed/locked up (see image below), forcing me to hard reset my PC. The 3rd time I played I managed to play for a few minutes before the game yet again crashed but this time it recovered and sent me to my desktop.
