A few general observations from running several warhammer frpg 2nd ed campaign (including a massive one). A: There are 3 "tiers" of careers: Basic, advanced and "super" advanced - a career you *cannot* enter from a basic career, only from another advanced career.

It was very obvious to my group, at the time, that they had been included so the box could claim that Warhammer was one of those cool new RPGs as well as a mass combat game. We took the mass combat rules and honestly didn't give volume 3 a second glance.
