Google is working on integrating the Google Maps location sharing features into the Settings app of Android devices.

The search giant keeps refining the experience with Google Maps on Android Auto, and the latest feature is so subtle that you could easily miss it

As it stands, some of the controls for the feature are only available in Google Maps, but this updated Settings menu would make it possible to fully manage location sharing from directly within Android.
