The 38-year-old actress – who already has Noah, 12; Bodhi, ten; and Journey, eight, with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green – has confirmed via social media that she's expecting her first child with musician Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker.

In the photo, Fox appears to be covered in black ink of some sort as she cradles her baby bump. A second slide of the post showed a photo of her positive pregnancy test with the word, "Yes."
