NTPC Green Energy’s initial public offering (IPO) is poised to open for public bidding on Dalal Street this week. The public offer will be opened for anchor bidding on Monday, November 18.

The subscription for the initial public offering (IPO) of NTPC Green Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, will begin tomorrow.

ONGPL will be engaged in the business of exploring and setting up Renewable Energy (RE) projects and assets both through Greenfield development and acquisitions.

NTPC Green IPO has been incorporated in 18th November 2024, “as 50:50 joint venture of NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited and ONGC Green Limited (OGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.

Employees, institutional, non-institutional, NTPC shareholders, and retail investors will be able to bid from Tuesday, which will be open till November 22. Notably, anchor investors can bid on.
