A university student who died following an incident at a gym has been named locally as Mohammed Farraj. Emergency services were called to the University of East Anglia's Sportspark, in Norwich, at about 19:00 BST following reports of a medical incident.

A student has died after a ‘medical incident’ at the gym. The man, aged in his 20s, had been using equipment inside the University of East Anglia’s Sportspark when the episode happened. He was treated by paramedics when emergency services arrived there shortly after 7pm yesterday but later declared dead at the scene.
