Sagility India's IPO was subscribed 22% on the first day of the public issue. The modest investor response failed to lift the GMP.

Employee reserved portion has been filled 1.22 times overall. In the NII segment, it received 6% subscription.

Healthcare-focused company Sagility India Limited’s on Tuesday (November 5) kicked off their Initial Public Offering (IPO) and got off to a modest start with a 22 per cent subscription rate on the first day or Day 1. Sagility India Limited opened its public offering with an aim to raise funds at a price band of Rs 28 to Rs 30 per share.

Sagility India has fixed the price band for the public issue at ₹28 to ₹30, as the IPO will open for public subscription on November 5. The anchor round is set to be held on November 4.

Just ahead of the IPO opening, Sagility India's parent firm Sagility BV garnered about ₹366 crore by offloading a 2.61% stake to nine institutional investors.
