Vampire Survivors, a not so thinly veiled homage to Castlevania, is finally bringing its unofficial source material out of the shadows and into the spotlight. Ode to Castlevania will bring the Konami franchise’s characters and weapons to the hit bullet-hell roguelite on Halloween in its biggest DLC yet.

The new Vampire Survivors DLC is set to launch on October 31st on the PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, Android, and iOS. You can also track its release with a cheesy, ‘90s-era countdown timer site set up by the developer. (Mind your speaker volume before visiting, as it auto-plays a short loop of some of the sick new music.)

Ode To Castlevania is "an all-out celebration" of the long-running adventure series, as well as the largest update in Vampire Survivors' brief history. The content pack will include over 20 new heroes, 40 new weapons, and the largest map the game has seen so far, which will be "stacked with sinister secrets and a bunch of baneful bosses."
