Montezuma Fire initially started 2:26 p.m. Oct. 31 in San Diego County. Since its discovery three days ago, it has burned 37 acres. As of Sunday morning, the fire crew succeeded in containing 90% of the wildfire. Investigations into its cause are still ongoing.

Seasonal Santa Ana winds will blow across Southern California Wednesday, creating a high wildfire danger in parts of Orange County and the Inland Empire while having far less impact on the parched landscape of San Diego County, the National Weather Service said.
