WICHITA, Kan. (TNND) — Wichita State University President Richard Muma refuted accusations Monday he failed to give credit to over 20 different authors whose work appeared in his doctoral dissertation.

Wichita State University president Richard Muma earned a doctorate with a dissertation borrowing dozens of passages from other authors without adequate attribution. Academics interviewed by Kansas Reflector say Muma's work amounts to plagiarism.
