Make sure the Monitor is connected to your Surface Dock. Start the Intel Graphics Command Center. Choose your monitor and under General=>Resolution click the Custom button (see the attached screenshot). Add a custom 5120x1440 60Hz resolution. In Windows Display Settings, you should be able to see the new resolution now.

Aug 14, 2024 · Surface Pro 11 with two AOC U27P2CA (4k 60hz) monitors attached Surface Dock 2 via USB-C. After sleep the Surface Pro wakes up and comes back with no monitor or after dock reconnecting. Monitors visible can be fixed only after cleaning registry and rebooting.
